New apartment in chalet for 6 people to rent for winter 2026: ground floor/60m²/6persons/2bedrooms located in the heart of the village resort of La Plagne Montchavin with a south facing terrace, 10 m from the ski slopes and 150 m from the aquatic center.

It is currently under construction.
Availabilities, interior photos and prices in July 2025. 

Equipment
– 1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, hood, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, fridge with freezer part, kettle, toaster, dishes for 6 people… 
– 1 dining room : tables and chair for 6 people
– 1 living room: sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV Satellite, mini bookcase for children and adults 
– 1st bedroom: 1 double bed  140 x 190 cm with pillows, duvet, blanket, mattress toppers, 1 closet with wardrobe and shelves
– 2nd bedroom: 3 single beds  80 x 190 cm with pillows, duvets, blankets, mattress toppers, 1 closet
If you are 6 people, I lend you 1 extra bed to put in the 2nd bedroom.
– 1 shower (80 x 130cm), sink, towel dryer, closet, bath mat, dustbin, glove holder
– 1 separate toilet
– 1 ski room, boot dryer
For your peace of mind, no key to the apartment to carry the day, you have a code box to put the key.

A superb terrace with magnificent view
From the large south-facing terrace, you can admire the glaciers of Mont Blanc, Bellecôte and Mont Pourri, ski slopes in winter and meadows and vegetable gardens in summer. You can enjoy the terrace as it is equipped with table with chairs +  UV blinds, deckchairs … It’s the perfect place to relax on a deckchair in a majestic setting.

Exceptional situation
– at the foot of the slopes, 10 m from the ski slope
– 100 m from the ski lifts
– 150 m from the aquatic centre (swimming pool, sauna, hammam)
– all other shops between 50 and 200 m (supermarket, bakery, cinema, ski school, sports shop…).
– you can unload your luggage in front of the chalet and then park your in one of the resort’s free parkings lots

Discount
– 20-30% discount on weekly ski equipment rental
– 5% discount on group ski lessons at the ESF

Paid services
– bed linen and towels rental (extra charge) by reservation (at least 15 days before)
– Optional final cleaning  if you don’t wish to do so : 50 €

Rental conditions
30% deposit on signature of contract

Eco-responsibility: we care about the protection of the environment it is therefore quite natural that we develop our chalets according to eco-responsible principles (LED lamp, product maintenance for wood or eco paint, low-consumption shoe dryers…)

Not allowed: – pets are not permitted due to severe allergy
                            – unauthorized event.

The owners remain available if needed because they live in Montchavin
